Cheating/Misappropriation
Cheating or dishonesty of any sort will not be tolerated. If a lifter is found to be falsely using illegal equipment, using illegal/non-approved performance enhancement drugs, or any other form of misappropriation, they will be unequivocally disqualified from the meet and banned from the federation.
Drug Usage
Drug usage of any kind that is on the WADA Prohibited List or otherwise noted by the IPF (Strength Dominion believes IPF standards are the highest standards, so we mirror their T&Cs) is strictly prohibited by any lifter competing in the Novice or Open class. Competitors in either the Pro or Exhibition class are not subject to such restrictions.
https://www.powerlifting.sport/anti-doping/prohibited-list
Any lifter in the Novice or Open class agrees to comply with any and all drug-tests and attestations that are mandated or required for the event. If a lifter does not agree to such drug-tests or attestations, they will be automatically disqualified from competing in, or placing within an event, and exempt from any record holding.
Any lifter found to be using performance enhancing drugs as a result of a drug test or attestation will be subject to automatic disqualification and banned from competing within the federation going forward.
Media Use
All lifters, volunteers, and event participants (up to and including guests) consent and agree that any media materials (photo, video, others) taken of them are subject to the unlimited use of Strength Dominion for any purpose (such as, but not limited to: social media or online promotion, print, etc.). The waiver releases all liability from Strength Dominion and it’s operators.
Waiver of Liability
All lifters, volunteers, and event participants (up to and including guests) consent and agree to waive all liabilities in association with physical, emotional or mental injury as a result of participating in the meet event. All lifters understand and accept that participating in a powerlifting event comes with a degree of physical, emotional, and mental degree of risk as a result of competition and therefore release all liability from Strength Dominion and it’s operators.
